Northern Plains Artisan Collective LLC operates under strict adherence to the federal Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 (25 U.S.C. § 305e). In a commercial market flooded with mass-produced imports, we guarantee that every piece offered on our platform is 100% authentically handcrafted by an enrolled citizen or officially certified artisan of a recognized tribal nation.

Our Standards:

• Statutory Verification (25 U.S.C. § 305e): Prior to listing, every artisan submits verified tribal citizenship documentation (Tribal Enrollment Card or CDIB). Identification records are stored in a secure, encrypted compliance vault to protect artisan privacy.

• Certificate of Authenticity: Every completed purchase includes a digital serialized Certificate of Authenticity identifying the artisan, their verified tribal nation affiliation, materials, and date of creation.

• Cultural Integrity: In accordance with community respect, the commercial listing of sacred, ceremonial, or restricted regalia is strictly prohibited. Our catalog is dedicated to living, secular traditional craftsmanship and contemporary arts.
