Handcrafted & Custom Order Policy:

Every item on the Northern Plains Artisan Collective marketplace is certified authentic Native American art produced by verified tribal artisans under 25 U.S.C. § 305e. Due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and made-to-order nature of these works, all sales are final once delivered undamaged.

Transit Damage Guarantee:

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at NorthernPlainsArtisans@gmail.com with photographic documentation within 48 hours of delivery. We will process an insured carrier claim and provide a replacement or full refund.
